• height of the structure: 3690mm

• KVH timber prisms 100x100mm – spruce, certified, dried, planed
• metal screws – different thicknesses and sizes adapted to the dimension of the wooden struts
• treatment of wooden struts with an anti-mould and anti-fungal product – sodium borate salt (without carcinogenic and mutagenic effects on the human body)
• external formwork – 18mm thick OSB board + 40mm ventilation space between the waterproofing foil and the external formwork
• roofing – EPDM RubberCover foil (black colour)
• 1pc door opening (door is not included in the price calculation due to individual personal preference of the interested party)
• openings for windows (windows are not included in the price calculation due to individual personal preference of the interested party)
• thermally insulated terrace – treated against ground moisture with a rubber-asphalt coating (by gluing EPDM foil),
• insulation 100mm thick – fibreboard, walking part 15mm thick (possibility of choosing another floor system)
• assembly at the place of building
