In this size and version of the space for relaxation – tinyhouse, the construction is made and the price includes:
- area – base: 25m2
- diameter of the structure base: 5720mm
- diameter of the full sphere of the structure: 6400mm
- height of the structure: 4630mm
- KVH wooden prisms 100x100mm – spruce, certified, dried, planed
- metal screws – different thicknesses and sizes adapted to the dimension of the wooden struts
- treatment of wooden struts with an anti-mould and anti-fungal product – sodium borate salt (without carcinogenic and mutagenic effects on the human body)
- 100mm thick thermal insulation – fibreboard (possibility of adjusting the type according to personal preference)
- internal formwork – 10mm thick OSB board (possibility of placing other board material – plywood, plasterboard, Tatra profile, …)
- external formwork – 18mm thick OSB board + 28mm ventilation space between the waterproofing foil and the external formwork
- roof covering – EPDM RubberCover foil (black colour)
- 1pc door opening (door is not included in the price calculation due to individual personal preference of the interested party)
- openings for windows (windows are not included in the price calculation due to individual personal preference of the interested party)
- thermally insulated terrace – treated against ground moisture with a rubber-asphalt coating (by gluing EPDM foil),
- insulation 100mm thick – fibreboard, walking part 15mm thick (possibility of choosing another floor system)

- transport to the building place is not included in the price – depends on the number of kilometres
- it is recommended to align the ground horizontally to minimize the space between the structure and the ground, the horizontal weighting of the structure can be corrected with ground screws or other forms of creating a flat surface for the placement of the dome
- the price does not include landscaping and the construction of any platform for the placement and installation of the dome with a terrace (at the expense of the interested party)
- the price does not include the purchase and installation of windows and doors

* the exact price, including a detailed description of the material used, will be calculated before the construction order is created, depends on all the selected components of the dome, inspection of the dome installation site and taking into account the complexity of the implementation of all the requirements of those interested in the dome
